- 200 g celery root,
- small cabbage,
- 600 grams carrots,
- 6 bulbs,

- 400 grams of green beans,
- 6 tomatoes,
- 1.5 liters of tomato juice.
Preparation: finely chopped celery, put together with chopped vegetables in a saucepan, pour tomato juice( vegetables should be covered with liquid, if necessary add more water).On a strong fire bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Day 1 / Day 8: soup, fruits( except bananas)
Day 2/9 Day: soup, raw vegetables
Day 3/10: soup, vegetables, for dinner boiled potatoes in uniform
4 day / 11 day: soup, 3 bananas, 1 liter of kefir
Day 5/12: 350-700 g of boiled beef( chicken or lean fish), 6 tomatoes, 8 or more glasses of liquid( water, green tea)
Day 6 / Day 13: soup, 350 g boiled chicken or beef, vegetables
Day 7 / Day 14: soup, brown boiled rice, vegetables
Seldaration soup can be eaten in unlimited quantities;you need to drink tea and coffee without sugar. During a diet, be sure to drink plenty of fluids.
